The easy way to build software for clinicians is to let the model write the diagnosis and ask the person to click Approve. We will not build that. It is wrong for the patient, it is unusable in a report that gets reviewed, and it is obvious to anyone reading the file afterward.
We built it to run on your own computer while most of the industry moved the other way. Every other report tool asked how fast a clinician's notes could be processed in a cloud. We asked why a clinician's notes should leave the clinician's desk at all. The answer was always convenience for the vendor, never benefit for the patient or the record.
